Dr Euan Murugasu was Head of Department ENT Head & Neck Surgery, Director of Otology, and Senior Consultant ENT surgeon at the Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH-NUHS). He is a Specialist in Otorhinolaryngology, Otology and Neurotology with years of experience. Dr Euan is fluent in speaking English, Chinese, and Bahasa Indonesia.
Dr Murugasu’s clinical interests are in otology and neuro-otology (hearing loss and balance disorders), including implantable hearing aids, bone-anchored hearing aids (BAHAs) and cochlear implants (CIs), as well as specialised surgery for balance disorders and tumour surgery e.g. Acoustic Neuromas and Auditory Brainstem Implants (ABI), where the electrodes stimulate the cochlear nucleus directly.
